Q: What should I do if my Tenda NVR cannot search for TC3B/T24C cameras?

A: Make sure the cameras and the NVR are in the same LAN.

Q: If the camera and NVR are not in the same network segment, how to add it?

A: Please open your NVR, go to Channel -> Camera, and add the cameras manually.

Q: The camera has been correctly connected to the POE switch, but the camera is not displayed on the NVR.

A: There may be a problem with the POE port of the switch. Just change other ports. If the POE port is normal, please change the network cable.

Q: What should I do if my camera image on the NVR is black or stuck?

A: Please restart the camera.

Q: What should I do if the image is too bright or overexposed?

A: Please open your NVR, go to Channel -> Image. Here, you can see the image of the corresponding camera channel to view the image parameter configuration values. Such as brightness, contrast, saturation, etc. You can configure the image according to your own needs.

If the image parameters have been configured before, please click Restore Default Settings.

Q: The camera cannot automatically switch to infrared mode.

A: Please check the following steps:

1. If there is any object blocking the camera from a close distance.

2. If there is any stain blocking the lens screen.

Q: My NVR is not Tenda brand and there is no image after the camera is correctly connected.

A: Some brands of NVR may not support H.265 encoding, resulting in no picture after adding the camera. You need to change the camera's video encoding to H.264.
