This FAQ applies to all models of Tenda’s SMB cameras.

Situation 1: If you use a power adapter to power on.

Solution: Please try changing it to a 12V 1A power adapter with a cable length of about 1 meter. If the camera can start normally, you can replace the previous power adapter or use a short power cable.

Situation 2: If you use a POE device to power on.

Solution: Please observe the indicator light of the POE switch port. If the power indicator light is off, it is likely that the network cable is broken. Please change a new network cable.

If the above steps still do not solve your problem, it may be the camera's hardware failure. Please contact the supplier for exchange or return to the factory for repair.
