Possible reasons:

1.Power supply problem

2.Camera's firmware broken

Investigation direction:

1.Inspection on power supply:

（1）Check whether the adapter is original and meets the power supply specifications of the product；

（2）Check whether the power supply has been modified and lengthened (extended)

（3）Check the power supply method. If it is centralized power supply, use relevant tools (such as a multimeter) to measure the power；

（4）Check whether the power supply at the power point is stable；

2.Using a SD card to try to upgrade:

（1）Contact our technical support to get force upgrade firmware. Contact email: tendasecurity@tenda.cn.

（2）Follow the operation manual in the file to upgrade (Force upgrades MUST BE using an SD card). During a forced upgrade, the camera indicator light will slowly blink blue, and will turn to slowly blink red after the upgrade is complete. Finally, remove the SD card and restart the camera.

（3）If your camera does not respond after inserting the SD card, it means that your camera is damaged. Please ask the seller to return it for a replacement.
