- Avoid using the device while charging to reduce heat buildup from dual loads.
- Place the device on a well-ventilated hard surface (such as a desktop or tile). Never put it on soft fabrics like sofas, quilts, or beds, nor on sunny windowsills or enclosed car interiors.
Disconnect all connected terminal devices, unplug the device from the charger, and move it to a cool, well-ventilated area (such as a desktop or windowsill). Let the device stand and cool down for 15-30 minutes before charging it normally.
