There are many factors that affect the speed measurement of cellular devices in the real network environment, such as: the load of the base station may change at different times, the frequency bands for devices registered to the base station are different, the signal strength (RSRP) received by the base station, and the signal strength of the base station may vary. 1) Log in to the WEB page and upgrade to the latest software released by 5G NR Router first. For the upgrade method, refer to How to upgrade the firmware of 5G NR Router

2) Check the color of the indicator light of the 5G NR Router. If the signal light is green, it means that there is a good 5G signal connection. If the signal light is not green or green flashing, it means that the 5G network is not connected. Please refer to Why can't I connect to the 5G network with 5G NR Router To ensure that you can register to the 5G signal; the color definition of the signal light can refer to the description on page 42 of QIG.

3) Confirm that the device can register 5G signals. Please refer to How to check the band working on our 5G NR Router and smartphones to confirm the current frequency band of the mobile phone. You can use the device to try to lock to the same band.
