VOIP软件开发高级工程师

岗位职责：
1.负责XPON 终端产品的VOIP (SIP/H.248/MGCP) 相关语音功能的设计、开发、维护工作，能带项目并对项目成员进行VOIP的技术培训；
2.出差处理现网的VOIP、TR069互通相关问题。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，通信/计算机/电子相关专业，英语4级以上并有良好的读写能力；
2.在XPON终端产品的VOIP（SIP/H248/MGCP）相关功能方面有三到五年以上的软件开发、测试、维护经验，有带过成功项目的经验；
3.掌握语音相关的ITMS知识，熟悉软交换、PON协议、二三层网络协议，熟悉Radvision Sip协议栈者优先；
4.掌握linux系统C/C++内核开发技能，有Broadcom PON方案的voip开发经验者优先；
5.对技术执着，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
