Update: 2026-04-30 Preview:52 For:5G Router、4G Router、
The Quick Answer:
A full signal means your router is successfully connected to the local cell tower, but the tower is blocking you from the actual internet. This is almost always caused by a temporary network glitch, an empty data plan, or an incorrect setup inside the router.
Troubleshoot:
(1) Restart the connection: Unplug your router's power cable, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. This forces the router to ask the cell tower for a fresh internet connection.
(2) Check your data limit: Take the SIM card out of the router and put it into an unlocked smartphone. Turn off the phone's Wi-Fi. If web pages still will not load on the phone, your data plan is likely empty or paused. You will need to contact your mobile provider to check your account.
(3) Verify the APN setting: If the SIM card works perfectly in a phone but not in the router, the router is missing its network "password." Connect to your router's Wi-Fi, go to Internet Settings > Dial-up Settings, and ensure your APN is typed in correctly. ([Click here for our APN setup guide]).
