Situation 2: If the power indicator light is on but there is no image on the monitor. Please modify your monitor's resolution by clicking your mouse (left-right-left-right-left-right). If the monitor still has no image, please replace the monitor or video cable.
Situation 3: If the NVR device stays on this page, please contact technical support to obtain the firmware package for upgrade.
