Q: The PLC light of the device is off, how to do?

Suitable type：P1001P

A：It is possible that the default name of private network is modified or the unencrypted mode is changed into the encrypted one in one of the devices, which leads to no bright lights. Therefore, the devices need to be reset. Keep on pressing the Pair/Reset button for more than 6 seconds, and PLC light blinks three times, the devices will restore to default setting. (Two powerline devices connect PC with cable respectively, open management software and choose the option of Restore to Factory Default in the setting.)
