Update description:
1. Update the software APN list file.
2. Re-adapt the default APN access after updating the file.

Matters needing attention:
1. Please be sure to upgrade the latest software of each product to ensure support for ISP Update function.When upgrading, please pay attention to distinguishing the hardware version number of the product.
2. This document is only applicable to 4G03V3.0\4G03 ProV1.0\4G05V1.0\4G06V3.0\4G07V2.0 \4G09V2.0.
3. This file is only applicable to ISP update file updates.
